People with courage will believe in themselves, and may act even when they are afraid, and may try something new which is out of their comfort zone.
Courage is needed to face challenges and to achieve one's full potential in every aspect of life, from love, to academia, to work. Acting courageously provides a source of fulfillment and satisfaction. It may even benefit your social life by being a source of inspiration to others. Some people are inspired to be courageous from their faith or spirituality, or by watching a lived example of courage from another person.
